In the video, PointCrow uses the Pokemon Centre in Oldale Town and ends up in Navel Rock. PointCrow also shared a video on their YouTube of them using the randomiser and it shows off just how far the randomiser goes. They also said that a randomiser is nearly finished for Pokemon Platinum. PointCrow notes that the mod is currently only available for Pokemon Emerald, but that the team is working on a Universal Map Randomiser that will work for every Pokemon. PointCrow said that the mod makes it so 'if you step into a Pokemon Center, for example, you'll exit out of a random house, face off against an elite 4 member, or even run into Ho-oh'.
As you can probably guess, the map randomiser makes it so that every time you move through a new area, you'll find yourself in a random location.
